    LIBRE is a brand of Cellar Classics Impex Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India, with its office at 304A, Manish Commercial Centre, 216A, Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400030. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

    By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

    We collect only what we need:

    • Contact details you give us — your name, email address and phone number — when you write to us or subscribe to our newsletter.
    • The content of your messages, so we can answer them and keep a record of what was asked.

    We do not currently sell products through this website, so we do not collect delivery addresses or payment details here. Payment information is never stored by us in any case — it is handled by the payment provider.

    • To send you our newsletter, where you have asked for it. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.
    • To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
    • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

    LIBRE wines contain no alcohol (0.0% ABV). This website is nonetheless intended for visitors aged 18 and over, as a matter of brand policy.
