This website is operated by Cellar Classics Impex Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), whose office is at 304A, Manish Commercial Centre, 216A, Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400030. LIBRE is our brand. By using this site you agree to these terms.
This site is currently informational. You cannot buy from it, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Where our wines are available to buy, they are sold through retailers and delivery platforms, on those platforms’ own terms.
02Using this site
You may browse and share this site freely. You may not:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute its content except as these terms allow.
03Our products
LIBRE wines contain no alcohol (0.0% ABV). They are produced in Spain and imported by Cellar Classics Impex Pvt Ltd under FSSAI licence no. 11526997000495.
We describe our wines as carefully as we can, but images and descriptions on this site are representative. Packaging, labels and vintages may vary from what is shown. Always read the label on the bottle you have: it is the authoritative source for ingredients, nutrition and allergens.
04Age and eligibility
This site is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. Although our wines are alcohol-free, we apply this as a matter of brand policy.
05Intellectual property
The LIBRE name and logo, and the text, photography, illustration and design of this site, belong to Cellar Classics Impex Pvt Ltd or are used under licence. You may not use any of it commercially without our written permission.
06Other sites and platforms
This site links to retailers, delivery platforms and social media that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Anything you buy from them is governed by their terms, not ours.
07Liability
We take care that this site is accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
