Where we deliver, and how long it takes.

01Where we deliver
We currently deliver to metros and A-class cities across India. If we cannot reach your address you will be told before any payment is taken.
We do not ship outside India.
02How long it takes
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being placed.
- Delivery then takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on where you are.
- These are working days, and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Timelines are estimates. Deliveries to less accessible addresses can take longer than the range above.
03Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we will send tracking details to the email address and phone number on the order. If they have not reached you within 3 working days of ordering, write to care@cellarclassics.com.
04If delivery fails
Our courier will make one further attempt if nobody is available to receive your order. If that attempt is unsuccessful the order returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange what happens next.
Please make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are complete and correct — most failed deliveries come down to one or the other.
05Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — weather, transport disruption, strikes, regulatory restrictions or other events of that kind. Where a delay of this sort affects your order we will keep you informed.
